This course is designed to teach GIS concepts and to help participants get started with ArcGIS. Learners use ArcGIS software to apply GIS concepts. The concepts are grouped into three broad categories:<\/p>

  • Mapping<\/li>
  • Data<\/li>
  • Analysis<\/li><\/ul>

    In this introductory course, the emphasis will be placed on teaching the foundational concepts that support GIS tasks
